When I was in the alpha no one talked to another not even during a strike and it was just fine but I think it would be a nice option so I say yes

Imagine playing the WHOLE game where "no one talked to another" . Is that what bungie is going for ? Last I heard this was a next gen social "team" game .

Exactly bungie also said that if the community agrees on something then they may change it if they feel it with in reason
