I know it doesn't really matter but it's part of the E3 fun to predict this. So which of the Big 3 will have the best showing?
Sony undoubtedly crushed the competition last year. Can they again with Uncharted 4 and Beast Souls blowing people away? Expect The Order: 1886, Assassin's Creed: Unity, Destiny, and DriveClub. Project Morpheus may show up and steal the show. Media Molecule, Santa Monica, and Guerrilla all have PS4 games yet to be unveiled. Wildcard: The Last Guardian
Microsoft seems to be coming on strong with a games first message. We'll be seeing Halo 5: Guardians as their show stopper. Expect Fable Legends, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Sunset Overdrive, and Forza: Horizon 2. Will Microsoft announce a Halo Collection for Xbox One? Wildcard: An Xbox One exclusive from a third party (Platinum is the long held belief)
Then there's Nintendo who will probably unveil the next Legend of Zelda for Wii U, a Skylanders like Nintendo game, and more. Nintendo is a tough one to call as they have so many developers and so many IP's under their roof. Expect Bayonetta 2, X, Hyrule Warriors, Super Smash Bros, Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire, Yarn Yoshi, and Fire Emblem x Shin Megami Tensei reveal. Wildcard: New Metroid Prime or Star Fox from Retro.
Who do you see having the best showing?

Nintendumb won
no1 saw that coming #bump
There is a mistake in your poll. You mentioned three console makers, but you forgot the main one. The MittRomney Console. In every game you play as Mitt Romney. And in all of them all he can do is jump. When you push attack button, he just jumps some more. We all know this is going to destroy the competition.

Gaben.

So far cod and forza two games that no one cares about they are failing hard
-
Although seriously it's gonna be Nintendo because of Pokemon I don't give a shit about the rest of their showing but that game is enough to proclaim it E3 of all time

Edited by Verachi: 6/9/2014 6:06:49 AMSony owned last year, I think this year MS is going to do everything they can to win this E3. They lost the most important E3 but i think if they do a good job this year they'll be back in the game.
-
You know what Xbox and Wii need to copy? They need to copy how to get good games... ...PS3 make the best games.
-
Phil Spencer seems like the exact person Microsoft needs after Don Mattrick's huge -blam!- up. He seems like he has promising plans for Xbox's future. And if Halo 2 Anniversary is announced, I think Microsoft will be stealing the show.
-
Nintendo. New Zelda.
-
I still don't see why it's a competition. The only reason they try to outdo each other is for money. That doesn't mean we should all fight over who is better or who will win e3 even though the entire point of e3 is just to show new games rather than to outperform the other console.

Sony!!! They have been playing their cards close to the vest. If they had nothing to show, they would not be showing their E3 press conference in movie theaters. Prepare to be shocked. Hopefully MS can do better than last year when they showed games running on PC hardware with at least twice the specs of the One. Forza was gimped from what was shown at E3. Titanfail won every major game of show award and went on to flop. The list goes on and on. The only way I see MS even remotely coming close to winning E3 is by doing what they have always done, going out and buying exclusivity for third party games. Their internal studios SUCK!!!

Hard to say, but I have faith in sony.

Edited by NSCLord: 6/4/2014 5:15:25 PMSony's marketing strategy has been a house of cards for over a year; bash Microsoft. They "revealed" their console, yet actually lied because they didn't reveal shit. They knew Microsoft would one-up them and actually reveal their console - no fake reveals, no bullshit. Sony's plan was to turn it into a PR game from the start. After the full reveal of Microsoft's product, Sony could nitpick every flaw of it when they actually revealed their product, and they could still say they "revealed" their console first. Sony chose to actually reveal their console at E3, so everyone thinks they won E3. This is compounded by the fact that their conference was basically bashing Microsoft. It's also clever as they could say they were doing whatever Microsoft wasn't, and if it turns out that some of their policies matched Microsoft's - and were unpopular for Microsoft - they could promise they were doing the opposite and tweak their policies before they released their console, completely avoiding the firestorm that Microsoft suffered. How else do people think Sony won E3? FFXV, KH3 and Destiny. Show-stoppers for the conference that were actually multi-platform. Not much to gloat about there. Only this year, Sony's been called out, indirectly. Microsoft is wishing Sony a good E3, undermining the snide tactics they used last year and will probably try again this year. Sony's strategy is a house of cards as the second Microsoft does something right, the marketing strategy collapses, as there's nothing to bash, thus no marketing strategy. They need a new sales pitch or they'll crumble; look at how much time Sony spent last year bashing Microsoft. If they spent as much time focusing on their successes as opposed to their rival's failures, they could have a very good marketing strategy and a very good E3, showing all of its great policies and great games in good detail. A strategy that depends on the rival to -blam!- up is risky and unsustainable. Don't get me wrong; I'm no fanboy. I use both a PS3 and an Xbox 360 and intend to watch both Microsoft's and Sony's press conferences. I look forward to games such as FFXV and The Order: 1886. I just wish Sony didn't use such a juvenile marketing strategy. If they keep this up, they'll get too cocky. And we all know that pride comes before the fall. All this said, I don't have much confidence for Sony this year. After the farce that was their "reveal", I don't trust anything they promise. Microsoft, on the other hand, looks to have a very promising show planned for us this year; very few execs, tonnes of games, new reveals et cetera. I'm really hoping to see what Black Tusk is cooking up for us after their teaser last year. They promise a new IP to rival Halo. I doubt it will rival Halo, but seeing the direction Halo is going, it's possible. I just hope Black Tusk can deliver on it's big promise. I'm looking forward to MKX, Quantum Break (Remedy did a fantastic job with Alan Wake), MGSV: TPP, Dying Light et cetera. This is going to be good. Microsoft has won before the fight has even begun. Sony's gimmicks include releasing a remastered version of The Last of Us the very next year after it was originally released. That's just desperate. Plus, the fallout from last year can only work in Microsoft's favour. Every time Microsoft does something right, people will compare it to last year and see it as a huge improvement, magnifying the successes. The "hate Microsoft" bandwagon may just well come back to haunt Sony. The PR ball is now in Microsoft's court. And Microsoft serves first.

First off-The only answer is everyone is a winner especially is players! :D Second off-You left off the big reveals for VR at E3!

If the rumors about the Halo Remastered bundle are true, Microsoft will win. If that is the case and Mirror's Edge 2 turns out to be amazing, they will decimated everyone else, even if Halo 5 turns out to be sub-par, which I doubt will happen.
