How can we band together and connect the play of destiny from xbone, to ps4, and vice versa??

All you need to do is convince two major rivals in big business to break years of typical business practices and potentially sacrifice millions in profits. If you can do that then we should be good to go. The tech shouldn't be that big of a deal.
