With the above article in mind, discuss the moral implications of the average American CEO making 343x what the average employee makes.
In my opinion, his salary is justified because of the massive improvement to Ford under his watch. It's also important to understand that his base pay is only around 15% of the total, the rest coming from stock dividends (which Ford was finally able to do due to his efforts) and other pay.
