How much longer do we have to tolerate this...

...before we start filing false advertising charges against companies? Why are they allowed to outright lie to us about their producting? This is far more than just arranging what is there in the best possible light. This is outright deception. Food companies are showing products that can never be deliveredby any of their locations. What is actually being shown isn't even food. It's an almagamation of non-edible if not outright poisonous or toxic products that look good under bright photography lights. Beer companies imply that simply cracking open one of their products results in an instant party no matter where you are. If not good times and a party then they sell sex. Photographs of women everywhere, for use in cosmetics ads, magazines, everywhere, as shown above, are photoshopped to make them more "appealing." Even "real" photos of celebrities aren't real. They're taken and photoshopped before being turned loose to the media. In turn it's giving women everywhere body issues because they don't look right, leading to anorexia, bulemia, and at least anxiety and self esteem issues because they don't look "right." Hell, the above is even starting to effect men because they aren't the muscular, beef He-Men portrayed in media. So really, how much longer do we have to tolerate this? How much longer do we have to allow this malicious false advertising that destroying us?

[/quote] That comes from the fact that most parties have beer and some sex comes from drinking beer. Granted I'm no Adonis, I don't need to tell my self I need to look like Leonardo DeCaprio to look attractive. What is with people and not taking personal responsibility? Why must someone always cry to big daddy authority cause they weren't smart enough to not let themselves get deceived? It's common sense that McDonald's burgers don't always look appealing, so don't -blam!-ing eat there, no one is forcing you to buy a certain quota of burgers from them every month. You decided to watch their ads, you decided to go to them, and you decided to buy their products. face it, you have no one to blame but yourself for encouraging this behavior.
