Careers
Since I'm a Senior in HS, I have begun to think about career fields that I might want to pursue. Obviously, I am considering the military. However, I think it might also be good for me to branch out my interests. Recently, I have become more and more interested in medical careers. Specifically, OB/GYN and Pathology (the latter of which seems to be an odd career field, given my sex) really call out to me as being particularly interesting. In one, you're helping women give birth and stay healthy. In the other, you're diagnosing diseases and stuff. I could see myself living a relatively fun and fulfilling life doing either.
What careers are you guys in/pursuing, and why did you choose that path?

7 RepliesOn track with my B.A. in International Relations, with a minor in Asia Studies, a certificate in Chinese (Language), and a certificate in National Security. I'll be going back to China this summer then will begin applying for Boren Scholarships and the Critical Language Scholarships, or I'll study in China for 4 months at my universities campus in Tianjin. After I'll start with internships or go graduate school. During which I'll be preparing for fellowships for the United Stated Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer.
