Flood, it has been many ages since the NMPA has graced you with it's presence, but we come in dire straits. The Flood, as you all know, is dying. Ever since the NMPA had lost it's grip on this land, it has descended into an ocean of infinite despair. A hopeless world, free of bans. No more. No more will the NMPA watch silently from the shadows. No more listening to the silent screams of Bob, or the agonizing cries of the Flood's once prominent members. But perhaps most importantly, no more allowing our devious foe to rule the Flood once more. We must begin here, my fellow NMPA members. We must begin a Floodian Revolution, against none other than Aquaman, the founder of water and all it's evils. The NMPA has dedicated what little power it has left to finding out who and where Aquaman is, and lo, Flood, he is here. He is with us, cleverly disguised as the one you call [b]Dipshit.[/b] The irony of his clever guise escaped our top scientists, as nothing more true had been said about the water-ly enemy. Destroy him, Flood, so that it may bring you peace, for there is no greater good than extinguishing the ancient evils that only Aquaman knows. With an army of bans, we can stop this. We can end this today! The NMPA is back, my friends, my colleagues, my fellow justice-doers, and with it, we've brought the fight to our foe once again.
