How does the flash not shatter his arm when he punches someone at the speed of light? He would kill whoever he punched because of momentum and such, but he's not super strong or anything. He's just ridiculously fast. So how has he not crippled himself for life?
I haven't read any Flash comics so please explain this to me. I'm sure it has been explained somewhere, but I just don't know.
