It seems that with the power of next gen software, MMO style games for consoles may become more common. Games like Destiny, The Division, The Crew, and Elder Scrolls Online could set the standard for the next generation of games. Even big names like Battlefield are focusing more on massive multiplayer with dynamic battles. Especially with the more social and community focus of next gen consoles, more socially focused MMOs may be created for console.
Anyway this is just my thinking. Feel free to leave your opinion. Do you think massive multiplayer games are the future standard for consoles?

I agree 100% Since PlanetSide I been waiting for more developers to make games like these. Speaking of which PS2 should be a lot fun to play for a while. I prefer the brother hood experience where my clan or group can all team up and play as a unit instead of taking a select few.

Well for one your less likely to loan a game out to a friend if you need the disk to access GTA5 or Elder Scrolls on a Console. So everyone needs a disk to access it and they will buy it. Plus free to play can sell items while providing a population to interact with if good enough.
