i like how everyone has a disclaimer in their post, claiming they are in shape for x reason which from what i have read is 95% of the time something that is a fairly easy activity to do.

obviously, but alot of the activities people are talking about have a difficulty ceiling that isn't too hard to reach. The great thing about gravity and heavy ass weight is that it remains fairly constant; i may be able to bench 350 more than once now, but damn that shit is still difficult. Riding a bike?....... not so much.
