Except I've probably been working out longer than you and am 10x more knowledgeable on the topic. I'm just not a shitbrained meathead whose primary vocabulary is internet memes.

Beta isn't an Internet meme at all. It's a submissive personality type of all animals. The antithesis of alpha, an aggressive go getter. And I very much doubt both of those claims.
