It's one of those things you'd find a use for after you start doing it. You'd have another hobby, an actual productive way to spend your time compared to what you probably already do. It's a good way to socialize, no matter how much you're not willing to admit you have poor social skills. (And you do want to be better, everyone does deep down. Basic human psychology.) There's also numerous health benefits from mood to heart health to just plain overall well-being. You could be compared to an addict to be honest lol. They don't think they need anything else either. They think they're just fine too. Such a sad way to live. One day you'll hopefully open your eyes and grow out of that fedora bullcrap.
