It's funny, because this is what everyone says when others are being nasty online. Trust me, I get this. I'm no stranger to the big bad web. I get a lot of it got to do with being anonymous, but why is it that it seems like so many people are hiding such a mean, bitter, soul inside? Obviously they can't just let these opinions out in the real world, because like I addressed in the OP, they'd be labeled an asshole (or probably worse), so they do so online because nobody knows who they are. Is THAT whats stopping people from being mean? The fact their imagine would be damaged if said in person and knowing it won't be online?

Do you think I'd be able to confess to that if you had my name and face to associate with these words? Hell no. Anonymity is venue in which one no longer requires a persona, and the fact of the matter is that people are asses.
