Guys think about it for a second how often you buy something to view from xbox live? I personally use my xbox for gaming, netflix, or watching a movie I already own. I've never rented a movie off xbox or anything. Or does this patent apply to handheld copies of stuff?

my guess is that affects only those directly from microsoft, theres no way they have the power to extend past that. Also is there anyway to fool the Kinect? put a cover over it or have people stand in front of each other so it looks like one person?

dunno...it's programmed not recognize nudity while gaming, but that is gaming, not recording in general. maybe aluminum foil around the sensors followed with duck tape.
