Since you didn't graduate HS, that's going to make it tough to write a resume. When I made my resume for the first time, I didn't have any work experience so I basically just stated that I graduated high school and listed the activities I participated in, like joining the tennis team. My resume was so short. Also list some of your interests and hobbies as well as some skills you may have such as speaking skills, typing, etc.
