Should I not be allowed to marry the person I love?
Simple question. I want to marry the person I am in love with, and the feeling is mutual between me and the person I love, is it wrong of me to do so?

You can marry the person you are in love with, just as long as some people who live far far away from you who you have never met and will never meet approve of it despite them never ever being affected by your relationship or the possible consequences of your union. Because being fair and equal just isn't the right thing to do.
