Since frank has become Vice President, he is a step closer to being President. The only thing that has to occur is the death of the President Walker. Once that happens, Frank will become President of the United States and the show will most likely end because he achieved his goal. But the only problem is that he needs a plan. Maybe he could get Walker drunk and/or high, then do what he did with Peter Russo. Or maybe get him impeached.
