Games that stood the test of time
What games still play as good as the first time you've played them?
Personally Halo 2, GTA Vice City/San Andreas stick out to me.

San Andreas for sure. Mainly because, "All you had to do was follow the damn train, CJ!"

Metroid Prime Legend of Zelda OoT, Majoras Mask, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess Halo:CE KOTOR 1 and 2 Mass Effect

- Chrono Trigger (even by today's standards, I think the battle system is good) - Mega Man 2 - Most Castlevania games, especially ROB and SOTN - Most Metroid games, but not the original and Super Metroid - Metal Gear Solid (though it is still outclassed by most of its successors) - Halo: Combat Evolved - Resident Evil 4

That is, if we're going purely on gameplay. Graphics obviously have changed but I can still enjoy playing most of my games just as I did when they released.
