IGN says 9:30AM PST (5:30PM GMT). Bungie's Twitter feed says Bungie will reveal it before the media outlets. confuse

Yes, buuut I'm assuming that only means there will be a little thing DeeJ writes along with a link to a YouTube video which will be unlisted up until then. We'll probably get that link via Facebook/Twitter/Google+ before then, and it will go 100% public with the B.net article.
