Skyrim help!

I want a full set of Solitude guard armour for my Imperial play through but it seems the only way to get it is to kill a guard. Are there any other ways?

Kill a guard, or get a crazy high pickpocketing level. Or wait for a dragon to attack Solitude, and let the dragon kill a guard.
