This question is based off another topic I created, where I asked if angels were gods. Many responses were based around the thought that since they were created, they could not be gods.
So my question is why couldn't gods create gods?
Why couldn't God then have created lesser gods, angels?
In addition, have their been any religions where folks believe this has happened? And I don't mean through birth, I mean through creation (though, arguably, are they not essentially the same thing?)

In taht case did the father create jesus who is believed to be a god? Is jesus even of the same caliber of the father? These questions will have different answers. At this point no one knows. That is if you are talking about the christan god.
