I have the file now on an external drive, but I don't know how to access it on the drive as it doesn't list the drive in the /Volumes directory when I check in the single user mode (DOS shell). Anyways, when I get it working again I shall see if I can redo it, but I'd rather do it along with the second book to make sure it's in the same style...
