Overall it was a fun experience and a nice change of pace. I’m certainly not good at PvP. The experience gave me some insight into a lot of the complaints I see on the forums. Here are my takes as a PvE player:
1. Graviton is fine. Cry more.
2. The only annoying ability is duskfield (not even OP, just annoying).
3. Most maps encourage the “hiding in the back with a long range weapon” playstyle. Wish there were more opportunities for short range engagements.
4. Did sidearms get nerfed recently? I’ve been loosing close range engagements to pulses despite getting the first shot and landing crits. Might’ve just been Rat King and a skill issue.
5. Is melee cancelling a thing? I’ve seen a lot of people (mostly warlocks?) punch back-to-back without the normal melee cooldown.
6. Liar’s Handshake in PvP is funny.
7. Make Rat King kick people to orbit with a quitting penalty on kill.
Pretty much all my takes. Take them with a grain of salt. I’m not good at PvP nor do I claim to be; my KD reflects that.

To answer number 4, sidearms themselves are fine, pulses on the other hand are overpowered atm, specifically 340s with headseeker
