For several days I have been using the potion that targets drops of the new SMG from Prison of Elders, and I yet I haven’t gotten a single drop. Just burning through that potion with no visible benefit. So what exactly is the point of potions and how are they supposed to work?! Several days of playing PoE, Dungeons, etc… with no drop of the SMG has me burned out and completely bored of the game. I hate this artificially forced RNG to make people play longer hours than they want or need. I want to be excited to play because I know I’m working toward getting the thing I want, rather than feeling like logging in is a dreadful task. Potions are supposed to make us feel like we’re targeting the thing we want no? Otherwise, why do they even exist?! .
