Vespers Host: Second Secret Chest Operator Buff
I have completed the quest, but playing with others that haven't causes the operator buff to not spawn. Is there a way to get it to spawn, regardless of others in your Fireteam not completing the quest, or getting to that step?

1 ReplyHave you been sure to shoot all four numbered panels throughout the Dungeon when going for the second chest? After having completed the Catalyst quest you will need to shoot these four panels each time you intend to open the second chest as they are required to spawn the Operator buff; you will [u]not[/u], however, have to enter the numbers shown so you can ignore whatever is displayed. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
