Hello, I participated in the hurricane relief 2024 charity drive when it was active and then received and promptly entered my code for the Through the storm emblem. The emblem code was accepted but I have still not received it. The only help article I could find on the matter said I had to wait 30 days before making a report and that time is about up. I can provide the necessary receipts and ID as proof. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
