My son is 12. He wants to talk with his friend who plays on PlayStation, he is on Xbox. He is unable to turn on game chat, both voice and text. It just instantly turns back "off" if he tries to adjust the settings in game. Apparently this is because Bungie requires Parental Permissions for these settings. Fine. On bungie.net we go to Parental Settings on his account and it just says "if you are an adult have your child send you a request." Ok, great, there is no way to send a link\request. This whole thing is terribly obtuse for no reason. How do you talk to an actual real person at Bungie support that can actually do something?
