New exotics
My exotic engram only turn into base game exotics.
How do I get exotics like the mothkeepers wraps, and other hunter exotics that are still locked.
I have lightfall, and witch queen, and final shape.

2 ways. Any exotic from Beyond Light, Lightfall, or Witch Queen can be obtained from 2 sources: Vex incursion or Rahool rank reset. Anything from Final Shape or beyond will be Rahool exclusive.
