Valve showed off a portable system to play steam games today.
It honestly looks alright, but I'll wait for release to see how the hardware works with games I want to play.
It's also isn't locked down so you can install windows or probably emulator's

🤷🏾 [i]On one hand, the hardware is impressive, the idea of a portable gaming console with PS5/Xbox Series specs is intriguing. However, I’m not really sure what the intended market is. The whole entire endeavour reminds me of Valve’s Steam Machines ( which flopped badly ). If you are a Steam user, chances are you already have a gaming PC, so why would you want this, unless you really need to play your Steam games on the go. This feels like Valve creating new hardware just for the sake of saying they are in the hardware market, but this console doesn’t need to exist.[/i]
