Hello Bungie, I would like to know the reason behind my account (ItsSkyn3t on playstation) restriction and its duration. I was banned in the middle of a Trials passage andI don't even know why. I'm on console and obviously I am not cheating. I was banned for 2 weeks before for bad connexion and it was justified, I had a faulty cable connecting my console to my router but this time, everything is fine on my connexion. I can play every other game without any issue, watch netflix without any bug, etc... Instead of banishing me tell me what is wrong and how to fix it please. In addition to that I have been playing your game since the launch of destiny 1 and I have invest a lot of money in your game and I can't play Trials the most exciting week with the launch of the new handcannon. Finaly, I know for sure I am not the only one in this situation. A lot of my friends, even some with a fiber internet connexion, had been restricticted from matchmaking without knowing why.
