Upon the horizon of OffTopic erupts a blinding blue light that can be seen from miles away. Rumbling and humming noises accompany it as a large ship with a round center emerges from the light.
The ship slowly approaches OffTopic from high above. As it moves, trails of smoke emit from its lower hull that quickly fly downwards to the land. The cause of the smoke comes from large pods containing multiple metal figures that scatter across the area.
Suddenly, your mind fills with words that are not of your own making.
Alignment: “Class, the time has come. Everything we have done thus far has led to this. From exploring the Infinite Tree last year, to retrieving it not so long ago. I want you to use everything you have learned and everything at your disposal for this encounter.”
The rumbling and humming from the ship grows louder as the many metal figures begin to tear apart the land.
Alignment: “Right, let’s get straight to the plan. My friend will create portals that lead to the inside of the Omninavus. You might need to fight your way to them. Once inside, tear down the walls and retrieve the people you find. This will weaken the ship. You’ll definitely encounter resistance once inside, so be prepared. In addition, you will most likely find people with blue crystals engraved in their foreheads that will attack you. Do not kill them! You must break the crystals on their head and take them back through the portal. If you need assistance, then think of a fruit from the Infinite Tree that you need. My friend will also teleport them to you.”
The words cease to form as the ship advances. From its upper hull emerge much smaller assault ships that begin to bombard the area.
You are on your own now.
This is the final RPC. I’d like to thank those who participated in previous classes for helping me make my character and for giving me a good time. I’d also like to thank everyone of OffTopic for giving me an interesting place to visit.
