They happen quite often and are horribly annoying. I just recently moved from Xbox to Steam. I have hardware much more powerful than required (I7 9700k, RTX 2080, 32 gigs of ram) so i don't know what the problem is. Everything is up to date and I have no problems in any other game. It shows me as having 150 fps consistently so I shouldn't be having this problem. It doesn't even seem to happen when there are a lot of things happening on-screen and even sometimes happens in the menus. Any way to fix this? It is really getting on my nerves.
