Unable to Redeem Crimson Days Emblem Code

Trying to claim my emblem code before the expiration time on Feb 18, it is still Feb. 17 in my time zone and I am getting an error code. It gives me this error: ERROR This token is attached to an expired offer that is no longer available. (2021) Please help... I have a screen grab of my emblem code that I tried to redeem if you need it.

    • I wish I would have gotten an email that the time was extended to get a code. Both myself and my daughter earned the sparrows, and never got an email about redeeming the code. So by the time I remember it was right before reset and I couldn't get a code. And now I find out after the time has passed they extended the time to get a code. It would have been nice to know it was extended. Now for an avid collector I have missed out because of lack of communication.

      • Yeah, I earned both sparrows, but never got the emblem. I didn't even receive an email from Bungie saying I earned the reward, and when I go to the rewards page it's not there now since the weekly reset happened. It's very disappointing that I got both sparrows just to earn that emblem because I actually LIKE that emblem, and now I can't get it. "Players need to already have the code to redeem it." This actually makes me really sad seeing as I - and it looks like many others - didn't get their email notifications to claim the reward. When I play Destiny I'm playing and not looking at the Bungie rewards page outside of the game. Will there be any consideration to help those who have both sparrows on their account who should have earned the emblem but for some reason didn't get the code? I certainly hope so, but I'm not sure. Lesson learned about looking at Bungie rewards online every week, I guess.

          • Same problem here, I have the 2 sparrows and I didnt received the notification email to claim the emblem D: I hope that they fix that

          • I didn't even know about it. You'd think Bungie would just wise up and make these sort of things auto-unlock if you meet the necessary requisites for it, instead of forcing players to redeem stuff via codes, and relying solely on e-mails instead of having _in-game notifications_ as well.

            • Same here. Never got an email for a code and the claim never popped up on the rewards page for me. I did the sparrows earlier in the week last reset? Any chance to claim emblem since we actually already have the items in our inventory? Thanks for the help

                Warframe is SALVATION - old

                I have unlocked both exotic sparrow at [b][i]17th Feb[/i][/b] but got no email notification about this reward. Didn't even knew about it. Please make it available for those who have unlocked both sparrow 😢.

                And now that it's past noon Eastern time, it's gone. Can't even try again. So now Bungie has two options. Option 1: "Oops, sorry, no emblem for you " Option 2: fix the problem, and re-enable all the "expired" codes for an extra week like they should have been in the first place.

                • I know this isn't helpful but honestly getting the candies for the Sparrows shouldn't have taken long. Why do people hold off so long on redeeming these things when you're bound to know issues have a greater chance of happening? It's a sincere question, not meant to seem like a bashing of sorts.

                  • Same issue. I bought both sparrows which should've given me the emblem and wanted to give the code that I could give to a friend to my girlfriend. She can't redeem it and neither can I. A clannie also tried to give me his code and it gave the same error message.

                  • Oh man after a grind last night I was kind of upset it wasn't working. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. Here's to hoping they'll resolve it before it really expires.....

                    • Everyone please upvote OP post. I can’t claim mine either. Keeps giving me “This token is attached to an expired offer that is no longer available. (2021)” Logged out. Logged back in. Tried browser on pc, tried phone, tried D2 app. Even tried other people’s codes listed. No idea. I did get the sparrows and everything else days ago.
