After each completion of Altar or Escalation protocol you're guaranteed a legendary item. But Blind Well? A blue gear drop seems to be the case in 90% of the runs. That's just a waste of time. Might as well just do the weekly quests and forget all about Dreaming City for the rest of the week. Dreaming City is by far the most obnoxious content in the game. At least make it rewarding.
