Silver from the digital deluxe edition vanished

I preordered the shadowkeep digital deluxe edition, and so did my friend. At the launch, when it came to steam, we both had 3000 silver, so i think that would be the normal cause. Later that day, the servers went offline for a while, as we all know. And the next time i played the game, my silver was gone. My friend's isn't gone. If i click on the silver symbol in the inventory or if i would try to buy silver, an error occures which says "Unable to contact marketplace servers. New Silver purchases will update when you next sign in." But i've already logged out and in again multiiple times, even with restarting steam when i was logged out didn't do anything.

  • No version of Shadowkeep included giving players Silver. The only players that would or should have received silver are players who were cross saving and bought the same content on more than one account. The other situation that could occur is if someone bought the current season pass, then bought the deluxe version of SK, they would have received a 1,000 silver credit prior to October 12th. If you only bought one copy of Shadowkeep across your linked accounts then you would not receive Silver for any reason related to the purchase of Shadowkeep. Any silver you should have would be silver you literally bought in your platform store.
