Breakneck Is Terrible Now
Seriously!?!? Did they even play test Breakneck before rolling out the changes to it. They nerfed both of it’s traits to the point where it is outputting less damage than a 600rpm Arc Logic auto rifle.
We had to suffer through 40 matches of Gambit to be the thing and now it’s borderline useless.

it's horrid. it shoots faster and completely wastes ammo, while not even gaining any damage. onslaught pretty much dumps and wastes ammo when you activate it

4 RepliesNerfed the shit out of breakneck, a pve weapon from a pve activity, which nobody had a problem with. Barely touched recluse or mountaintop, pve dominating weapons from pvp only activities, which Luke smith admitted broke the game. Bungie logic at its finest.

It's an energy-SMG no kinetic Auto-rifle. If i wanted an energy-Auto-rifle i'd use my "Hard Light" and wouldn't even have to care about the elemental ads. So what's my alternative now? Somehow i think, the catalysted "Huckleberry" might be, but it's an Exotic and SMG, won't suit in any case this way. Someone mentioned "Monte Carlo", which i only know as a location...is it a kinetic non-Exotic-Auto-rifle, since we talked about "replacement"?!

The rifle barely sees much use now due to the current meta, yet Bungie decides to further hobble their first pinnacle weapon. Does anyone else feel like they got bait and switched by Bungie?
