Missing Silver (Again)

So previously a week ago I bought 2 silver packs off of the xbox store, a 500 and a 1100 and I received the 500 but not the 1100. So I tried to the best of my ability to get this missing silver. First I contacted xbox through the xbox support phone number and the person said it was not an issue based on the xbox side but the developer side which in this case is you guys at bungie. After this I checked the troubleshooting page and followed every step (not one of the steps worked) so I contacted you people at bungie through an email and all I received back was an email with the troubleshooting forum even though I made it clear in the email I already followed the steps. After that I said screw it ill just buy more silver and I did I bought another 1100 pack and a 500 pack on the date of 10/13/19 around 10:02 am and did not receive any silver what soever. [b]I have proof of purchase on the dates I provided and proof of me not spending it and not receiving it via your website bungie.net and for purchase xbox.com. Any evidence I need to receive my missing silver can be provided if needed.[/b] all I want is my 2700 missing silver. My platform I play on is Xbox but I do have cross save to steam and already made sure I didn’t purchase it for that and that I didn’t purchase it for the first installment of Destiny (Destiny 1).

    • I have the same problem, the site keeps sending me trough the troubleshooting forum for missing silver. I didn’t get the 500 silver but I did get my 1100 silver. I can’t get in contact ether with Microsoft or bungie. Bungie needs to do something about this we paid real money for this! I also have proof of my purchases and can provide proof that I didn’t spend it.
