I bought forsaken when it came out on Xbox. i linked my save with my steam account. do i need to re buy all the dlcs for PC?
from what i understand, if a bought forsaken when it came out I should be entitled to a year 2 annual pass right?

Game licenses do not transfer between platforms. You will need to purchase any of the paid content that you wish to play, on each platform on which you are wanting to play it. As of September 17th, the Forsaken Annual Pass was made free for all owners of Forsaken. That includes new purchases of Forsaken.
