Bungie, at this point you could just open up the entire Leviathan as a patrol space
It has so many varied locations now with the Menagerie, Underbelly, Spire of Stars and the rest that with a few more connections and tunnels it would make for one enormous and cool patrol space complete with a NPC vendor (finally add Gus the slovenly) and even unique public events.
Consider.

While I would luv to see this happen, it just doesn’t seem like Bungie can do such a thing. One thing I hope happens in an eventual D3, is that spaces can be constructed and repurposed so that a raid area can become a Gambit or Crucible map, as “easily” as it could become a public space or Vanguard activity.
