Continued Enhancement Core and Mod Component Discussion
Hey all,
A few weeks back, we talked about Enhancement Cores coming from Gunsmith bounties in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/47706]TWAB[/url]. I wanted to give a quick update on this, as it also involves Mod Components, which have been a topic of discussion as well. Please note- this is all still in development for Season of Opulence, and could change.

1 ReplyWhy does everyone think cores are bad when it comes to infusion? Cores are only a problem when masterworking, the requirement is absurd. The main problem I've had is using stupid resources for infusion. Why is 25 of any resource required, it dosent add any value or progression it's just a huge waste of my time and everyone else's. Lower masterwork core requirement and remove required resources. Problem solved.

Cores for upgrading weapons is okay (although the current requirements are still too much) but please, just remove core requirements for infusion level upgrade.

I’m still fine with cores, 950+ as of now. Would be over 1k if I signed on for anything other than outbreak for the last 3 weeks.

All you had to do to get people to stop talking about cores was kill off the few remaining players who thought you were capable of turning this shit barge around. You know. The reality is most people don't like your "skill check" reward system rather it be Luna, nf, worm, outbreak... which is why you didn't get a meaningful return of players when you did zero hour, most players didn't care enough to come back for it. And now you're losing more players because the people who did like the idea of over powered weapons being a reward for skill are seeing the rewards they worked for broken, meaning they see no reason top invest time and effort again in the future because it'll just get nerfed. You are building a game that ultimately rewards no one.... lets see how that works for you.
