Did you remove the loss penalty in comp when you start with a short stack or 2 guardians leave your team in the opening minute of a match yet?

Play in a team with people you can rely on. You are blaming Bungie for the community’s piss poor attitude of leaving comp games at first sign of losing.

Smh. Quit trying to plug LfG. if the person had people to play with they wouldn’t be bitching about people leaving their team mid-match. There is a fundamental problem with Bungie’s matchmaking system. This isn’t new. It’s been been crap for a while now. But yeah, let’s just plug LfG and not how the game developers accountable for piss poor game design🤦♂️

It’s not Bungie a fault people are so afraid of playing a losing match that they’d rather leave.

No im blaming bungie for not conceiving of and executing a better system and experience for people that paid for their game. I cant expect to change other players. I would hope bungie would respond to legitimate criticism and concerns and frustration by a large part of the community and its players and take action. Not remain silent and unconcerned.

I guess i care because im trying to be a good guardian and grind through to the pinnacle weapons and my not be the greatest but can hold my own if i have a team with the right load outs and sticks together and have to suffer through frustrating matches where i dont get a chance to compete and have to take an L and penalty due to being short manned. Seems like a silly way to run an achievement and penalty system. Still grinding though. Forum seems like the appropriate place to vent.

Exactly. Being paired up with salty ass lames that quit after one minute because they can't hang leaving YOU with the check is wack as hell. Not only should you NOT take the loss, but THEY should get docked for 2 losses for quitting. And if it was a lag out, oh effin well... There needs to be a penalty to the quitter...not the person that takes their lumps fair and square.
