Arc week sounds pathetic
I didn’t realise we were now adding updates and patches to the annual pass, and passing it off as content.

It’s bungie so you can’t be too surprised.

Man you are so bloody negative ! Hopefully you have got it out of your system . Supers will be adjusted and rewards will be available .

Edited by xilxad: 4/8/2019 7:15:09 PMHe’s right, though. For them to plan it out as a named event means that these updates have been ready for a long time and that means bungie has decided to exploit even simple updates now.

The only new content is some emotes that are exclusive to Eververse. Last I recalled, when people were asking for emotes based on their Supers, they wanted to earn them through gameplay and using the Super, not buying them with Silver.

If you looked at the Roadmap, you'd see that Arc Week isn't part of the Annual Pass content. And I don't remember Bungie mentioning Arc Week being 'additional content'.
-
Theyve been doing that the entirety of this annual pass. I mean, it didnt clue you in when Jokers Wild was essentially just a big QOL fix akin to the April update from D1 Taken King? Company is lazy and creatively bankrupt.

All true.

This guy gets it👍

I don’t know why people keep think this but this isn’t annual pass content. It’s still free content.
-
Yes it's free but he does has a point on how a balance pass is being announced as some kind of event. Doesn't that sound strange to you?
-
Exactly.
-
What it is is that they are starving for content and when thrown a bone they confuse it with a full meal .

But it in a way is an Event. They spent the time, resources and money focused on the Arc subclasses (maybe late....but still needed) and instead of just dropping them in the sandbox, they are wanting people to maybe go back and play a subclass they may not normally play.....or for Arc runners an “opportunity” (if you will) to showcase the Power of Arc. It is a way to promote changes in the game that were desperately needed.

When it's a balancing update. It's PR. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Call it as we will. Either way it was needed changes and that’s the reality, event or not. Hopefully now these subclasses can shine
Call it as we will. Either way it was needed changes and that’s the reality, event or not. Hopefully now these subclasses can shine
It was needed, but Bungie is passing it off as some Big Event, when it's the equivalency of a SANDBOX UPGRADE, and specialized Bounties. It's lazy and eloquently worded to make the results APPEAR better than they are.
-
Again, doesn’t matter to me what they call it. It was needed changes and it’s being introduced as a package not just as a behind the scenes update.

I realized that after the black armory
