So am I just supposed to go fk myself with this allegiance quest? I never got the little trinket from Drifter so I can't do anything!

You might need to do the gambit prime intro quest and reckoning game first. Not confirmed but I did hear that.

You do have to, have a friend who just did them and unlocked the allegiance quest after completing the reckoning step
