I believe they’ve adopted the time gated mentality more with this pass to circumvent the return policy on digital purchases.
Microsoft’s policy is 14 days and less than 2 hours or something. Not sure about steam or PS’s.
One things for sure if you bought this pass on the release you may be SOL.

Thanks for your reply. Although I'm pretty pissed about this impossible puzzle (even Datto couldn't solve the 7th level), I'm not looking for my money back. I want Bungie to learn from their mistakes to make this game simply great again. If they fail... www.ea.com/en-gb/games/anthem or The Division 2.

I really want to like anthem but Bungie..... they’re all over the place. If I get that refund I’m going with anthem. 😂
