Niobe Labs puzzle is dumb.
Sooooooo does anyone else find this Niobe labs puzzle thing kinda dumb? Why does bungie think we want to watch streamers figure out a puzzle?

This puzzle doesn’t compare to the puzzles from adventure games from the late 90’s. As long as it’s not that level it’s all gravy.

Puzzles in this game are actually usually quite good. Raids are all puzzles, whisper was kinda a puzzle, the outbreak prime mission.

3 RepliesYou don’t have to watch streamers. The point is to get the whole community together to overcome a challenge. The Reddit community had it solved in a couple of hours, so it wouldn’t exactly be a challenge if it was any easier.

6 RepliesThis entire thread is sad. If you don't like a puzzle then deal with it. Lots of games have puzzles and I dont understand why people are surprised. If you dont want to wait for or watch or a streamer do it, try for yourself instead of complaining. I can understand the fact that another person completing it unlocks it for everyone is annoying. That makes sense. The rest honestly doesn't. What have gamers and more specifically this community turned into? Its sad.

Why would anyone think putting core gameplay content behind a puzzle like this is a good idea? Like "oh there's a new forge, but it's locked behind this until someone solves the puzzle" what works for a hidden quest like Whisper or the real world Javelin replica really doesn't work for something like this.
