I ask 'cause I really want to mod SCVI, but to do so, I'd have to extract my save data or somehow stream / upload it to my pc so I can open it in hex editor, but based on my findings or rather lack thereof, I'm beginning to think it's simply impossible. I could always just get the game for PC too, but I don't know how modding works on PC (assuming you can't simply go about it the same way you would with 360 and SCV with hex editor).
I'm I just sol?

They don't allow you to access it cause they don't want you modding games.

No. There are 3rd party apps available that allow you to transfer games and apps between Xbox One and PC, but not save data. You could try removing the internal drive and manually searching for the files, but at that point you're better off just purchasing a PC version of the game.

The saves are cloud based with save data on the console being hidden. So no unless you mod the console, rip out the hard drive (assuming software exists for its saves) or are able to get them from the cloud you're stuck.
