Just won a comp match against a person (I wont name names but see the PGR for yourself) who then proceeded to call me a -blam!- and told me to kill myself which I find extremely toxic and off-putting. Why can I not file separate reports with the accurate subcategory for each instance? One report would be needed for the hate speech and one for the in game chat harassment. I feel that the vulgarity subcategory does not completely cover this instance of chat abuse as this is pretty severe and may be doubly so for someone who deals with suicidal thoughts. Would chat abuse this severe result in an in-game ban?

Hey there, Bungie does not handle console messaging. If you’re receiving messages via your console messaging system, you will need to use your console report feature found in your messages. If these messages are on Bungie.net, you can report the message itself which will be seen by the Bungie.net ninjas.

Edited by X-LoganX: 11/30/2018 5:23:38 PMYou can on the Mobile app. You can report the same reply multiple times with different categories. On the Browser version it makes the thread inaccessible so you can't report it more than once. Plus if this happened on Battlenet you need to report it there.
