No. Sniping is one of the only things Destiny 2 Crucible got right. Sniping should take skill and that's what the current meta requires. The reason sniping seems so non-existent is because 95% of the players in this game have no skill. Sniping is fine just the way it is.

I would argue that if you worked hard to get a shot and can't get it off before Timmy no thumbs flinches you then you didn't work hard enough and rightly aren't awarded your shot.

Palmerful, I see you have only 8 sniper rifle kills. I honestly urge you to try using a sniper for a week. I think you might have a change in perspective, just give it a shot!

It's why I never use them. My only real point is I enjoy sniper rifles sucking because I don't get mapped every ten feet and I hope they keep sniper rifles in the exact same place as they are now. Edit: And I would also add that I think players with lots of skill are still slaying out with snipers regardless.

Uh no flinch in itself rewards bad players with terrible its been a problem in almost every fps. Because again why should you be rewarded for. A) not hitting your shots and B) winning the fight when your opponent got the jump on you?
