People die all the time get over it soŕry for the loss but move on
English

True. People do die all the time and the human race will come to an inevitable end eventually but there is no need for that.
-
I usually share your feelings regarding posts of this nature, because they are normally just attention seeking losers with an ulterior motive. This, however, is not one of those posts. This is the proper way to do a post of this nature. No attention seeking from the OP trying to make it about him. No ulterior motive or asking Bungie for some stupid reward. Just a nice tribute to a friend and fallen Titan. Get over yourself.

Not to rustle your jimmies here, but yes. Everyone dies. But your comment is distasteful and downright disrespectful. Suicide and depression are a serious problem with not just military vets, but everyone in the world. Depression doesn’t just affect the person with it, but everyone around them. I don’t wish any harm on anyone, nor do I make asinine comments such as yours. But I do hope that one day you realize the impact your words have.

And why do you think some people are allowed to make posts about someone's death on public forum while others are not allowed to comment on it with their own opinion ? If they didn't want public reaction on his death, they shouldn't post it online, epecially on video game forum. Its more of an attention seeking thread than actual memorial. I personally despise suicide, those people are cowards that make their family suffer because they were too weak or too dumb to live. Nothing will change my mind, but I do hope that one day you will realize how worshiping and idolizing fragility and stupidty in our community put our whole world on the path of destruction.

You point is just like your brain. Nonexistent.

Wow, brainless sheep trying to insult me. Where are your arguments or your tolerance that you so badly demand? Dumb hypocrits without their own opinion.

You just proved you’re an uneducated pleb. Congratulations.
-
You just proved you're one of those retards taught to tolerate all kind of bullshit these days. I'll call you a sheep. That's what you are. Congratulations.

No I’m actually a college graduate, currently working as a mental health and addiction counselor. The brain is part of the body, it is prone to illness as much as any other organ. When those illnesses occur, they often manifest as depression, anxiety, mania, and irrational thought. Suicide is often the result of an error in the brain that leads to lack of feeling any positive emotion, and lack of ability to see around erroneous thought. Most people who die by suicide are entirely convinced that their loved ones will benefit from their death. It can take months and years of treatment to correct behaviors brought on by mental illness. In some cases, like this one, treatment doesn’t work. People who have been in the military are much more likely to die by suicide than the rest of the population. And people like you are the reason many people don’t seek treatment. The attitude you have may very well lead to the death of someone you care about one day.

-
Nope, it wont. Dont try to sound smart, if you are just graduating, then you know shit. Theory is your sword and it means shit. No.matter if my your brain tells you noone love you, everybody would be happy if you die, normal person would just say -blam!- you all im going for a life trip. If your mind is weak, ull kill urself. And dont even mention war vets, the real war vets are long dead, and those people PLAYING soldiers on nowadays wars are a joke and shame for the countries. What, you watched some movies and you think war is about heroes like in hollywood movies? No, watch some cams from darkwebs from soldiers helmets. They are dumb people without training or bravery, wasting our money and killing same people but on the other side of the wall.
-
I’m not just graduating. I’ve been treating mental health patients for some years now. You’re the sheep. Clinging to archaic views about mental health that you learned from nothing other than your own narcissism. Science evolves every day and leaves people like you behind. You’re in a shrinking, uneducated, soon to be forgotten minority.
-
Youll be forgotten, when you join your weak minded friends in byeland. Noones gonna miss you and your brainwashed sheep idealogy to tolerate everything. Keep praising suiciders, definitly going to make this world better ;) nice logic there.
-
No one praises suicide. The point is to be supportive and let people know there’s help for them. There’s no help for you though. You can treat illness, but you can’t fix stupid.
-
You are great example that stupidty doesnt have to be fixed and patient can enjoy his life ^^ You lick their dongs because they want to kill themselfs. I say dont kill urself you -blam!-, its the dumbest thing you can do. We both have the same goal, but you are raised as tolerante entitled snowflake, and im taking the world as it is like a grown man. Was it too harsh for you? Try curing your own sissiness on your couch ;)

They are just words until you give them meaning
-
They say a picture is worth 1,000 words... but one word can take on 1,000 different meanings. One word can ruin a relationship, one word can start a friendship, one word can save a life.
-
If you let it yes
-
Perspective is reality. You are correct in that. But realize your audience here, and try to show some empathy. Human beings have an utmost desire to attach meaning to everything. Even a piece of garbage can mean the world to someone.
-
Agreed I just think there's such a thing of too much empathy where as holding oneself back but I agree my life has destroyed most of my empathy but I do have some
-
Just because your life has ‘destroyed your empathy’ doesn’t give you the right to make asinine comments such as your original one. Life is tough, it’s tough for everyone. You can’t choose the cards you are dealt, it’s how you play them. I implore you to think about what others are going through, such as you’ve gone through yourself, maybe you’d have a better understanding of why posts like OP’s are made
-
I'm aware I dont know what people went through I give my condolences just really think people are blowing this out of proportion

Edited by SOB He Shot Me: 10/10/2018 1:35:34 AMIts a destiny forum, what do you expect? Everything is blown out of proportion. But show some respect. Someone took their own life, and they so happened to be a destiny player. Whether or not you agree, this does impact the entire destiny community. This post was meant to raise awareness, and pay respects to the person.
