Am I the only one who thinks that the Crucible is fairly balanced and fun right now? I don't feel severely disadvantaged with any weapon class and I think that they excel (for the most part) within their respective ranges. I mean Shotguns are a tad annoying for me on certain maps like Vostok where I feel as if I can't space as well but on most other maps they seem manageable; I am open to tips on how to deal with Shotguns on Vostok (or in general) so if you have any please do share! Like I am having a lot of fun on Crucible, more fun than I ever had in D1's Crucible and I feel as if there need be only minor changes. I fear that we may get unnecessary changes/nerfs that'll lead to what happened to D1 where the Crucible became just plain unfun and I really don't want that...
What do you lot think?

Edited by TotalDramaGamer: 9/23/2018 9:24:49 PMLol at all the comments that hate shotguns and telesto. Meanwhile I'm running Trust and Alone as a God and mercing people just fine. Telesto is overrated. It's easy to use, sure, but it can be punished with shotguns/snipers depending on the range and if you're keeping special awareness it's easy to bait them and waste their ammo (since, nearly every time, they're sliding and charging hoping you're there and they waste the shot). Yeah, the charge rate is what I don't like about it. It's a good 'longer range' fusion, or a good fusion for clearing hallways, but I would take other fusions over it to counter shotguns (Unless you can trap the floor well) Other than that it's great for locking down heavy for a bit, but not much else. Shotguns are also easy to use, sure, but still very limited to what they do. If you rock a hand cannon or smg (or even some sidearms) you can kill them everytime by baiting a rush, or by refusing to move towards them. The longest range deaths I've had from shotguns solely come from Chaperone. Every other shotgun has only 2/3s of the range IF they're one shot or require two shots from a rapid shotty. Oh, and Sleeper in gambit. While it's undeniable it's very good, it's not uncounterable in the slightest. Again, try out Alone as a God in Gambit. It's by far, IMO, the best sniper for it. You have snapshot for killing players, and triple tap for PvE enemies (which, by the way, gives you ammo magically now). It's great for blockers and doesn't need heavy and can kill an invader with ease as long as they don't surprise you. My exotic of choice in Gambit is Riskrunner. It's just so good to clear adds and blockers with arc damage with ease.
